FounderTwin exists to help founders use AI as a practical co-founder for startup decisions, MVP work and operations without handing over judgment.
Who is behind it
FounderTwin is operated by Mean CEO and led by Violetta Bonenkamp, a serial startup founder and entrepreneur.
Why this project exists
Founders already use AI to brainstorm, research, write, design and code. The problem is that AI can make uncertain ideas sound ready before the founder has checked the evidence or defined the next useful build.

- Use Codex for page, flow and interface direction.
- Use Claude Code for first MVPs, scripts and internal tools.

Point of view
AI is useful when it helps a founder think with more structure and ship the next useful thing. It becomes risky when it turns guesswork into polished language, overbuilt prototypes or automations nobody owns.
The aim is practical founder support, not startup theater.

The first public entry point is the FounderTwin AI co-founder checklist. It starts with validation, then helps a founder turn the result into an MVP scope, Codex design brief, Claude Code build brief and first automation map.
